Materials
Read123 shall endeavour to provide Visual Stress resources (overlays, tinted books and screen colour changing software, coloured filter glasses) upon diagnosing Visual Stress and/or colour preference as we deem appropriate.
Prescription Glasses
You agree that prescriptions provided for glasses are in accordance with The Opticians Act and valid and you are buying on behalf of yourself or someone aged 16 and over. Customers are responsible for ensuring prescriptions are correctly entered upon ordering.
You order prescription lenses on the proviso that your prescription is valid.
Glasses filters
Read123 filters are ONLY for use with reading on white paper, VDU screens and/or whiteboards. They are not designed to be driven in or any other purpose outside what they are intended for.
Filter colour can vary depending on the device used to view the screen colour changer as well as lighting conditions. On that basis, Read123 filters are matched based on daylight conditions.
Payments
Payments will be made using Read123’s online shopping cart.
Payments can be made electronically with a valid credit/debit card or Paypal.
You shall use credit/debit cards or Paypal facilities that are in your name only unless explicitly authorised by a third party to use their details.
Cancellations
You must notify Read123 by email or phone if you wish to cancel glasses orders within 24 hours of payment.
Faulty items
Must be reported upon delivery. Reports of faulty products particularly, scratched/broken lenses, scratched frames, broken/damaged frames upon opening, more than 24 hours after delivery will not be accepted as a fault on our part.
Refunds, Replacements and Exchanges
Returns
Any purchased items to be returned must be done so within 30 days of receipt and in saleable condition.
Any items returned that are damaged will not be refunded.
Items returned to Read123 as a result of the customer not accepting the glasses (failure to collect from the local delivery office) will only be partially refunded. An admin fee of 50% will be charged.
Due to the bespoke nature of the glasses, refunds are 50%.
The customer bears the cost of postage and packaging as well as any customs charges for returned items.
Warranty
Warranties apply as stated under Warranty Information.
Business
Read123 reserves the right to refuse business transactions with party(s) as they see appropriate.

Read123 and it’s parent company uses cookie and we also processes your personal information in line with GDPR regulations. We do not use your information for any other purpose than contacting you about your order or sending you information on products we believe will benefit you.
